How to clean?

Perennial Home Essential uses a non-evasive process for cleaning A/C coils. Our air conditioner cleaning process consists of the following:

We start with compressed air and vacuum to control dust and remove the heaviest dirt. We then use an ac coil cleaner/degreaser which penetrates into the fins of the coils to remove any remaining dust and dirt, bringing back the coils’ original shine.

We then, if necessary, use compressed air once again to finish the job This process of cleaning AC coils is time tested and has been proven to be very effective.

Regular furnace cleaning will significantly improve indoor air quality in your home. It will reduce the amount of dust and dirt in your heating and cooling system, and your exposure to unwanted bacterias. Furnace cleaning requires cleaning not only of the ducts themselves, but tuning up the entire furnace system. This includes the blower, heat exchangers, cooling coils, and condensate pan, all of which improve efficiency of your furnace equipment.

What Techniques, Equipment and Procedures Are Used for Furnace ?

To clean your furnace and ducts,Perennial Home Essential uses the Skipper Line System, the most efficient and effective technique on the market. This procedure delivers approximately 350 pounds of pressure per square inch. With this pressure, all dust and dirt in the system gets pushed down to the bottom of the furnace, where it gets sucked out by a 10 inch vacuum hose connected to the Truck Mounted Unit. The Truck Mounted Vacuum system creates about 2000 pounds of suction per minute, drawing out dust and dirt from your furnace.

To perform furnace cleaning, Perennial Home Essential uses equally competitive Zypher Vac truck mounted systems. this technique has been recognized the most effective and latest in the industry.

If your house has a high efficiency furnace or air conditioning unit, the furnace cleaning procedure will include Bypass Cleaning. This procedure is designed to perform quality work without damaging delicate air conditioning and furnace coils.

We use scorpion system is made up of rods and snakes that are hollow and carry high pressure air to the interchangeable agitation devices. These rods have quick disconnects so they can be joined together quickly and allow you to push the agitation device up to 100′ in the duct work and everything will go through a 1″ hole (except for the SSFB). The rods are designed not to come apart inside the duct. Compressed air causes the tentacles on the predator and octopus whips to thrash in every direction at once hitting the duct work and wiping it clean.

If there are pieces of heavy debris that will not become airborne, you will use either a forward or reverse blowing skipper ball to push or pull the debris to the suction hose. The Octopus Predator Whip has less “wallop” than the Mini Predator. The Mini Predator Whip has less “wallop” than the Single Predator Whip. The lighter the “wallop” the easier it is to clean fragile duct work. Eg. flex duct or insulated duct. This system cleans rectangular duct work better than brushes.

We use higher air pressure to get more productive and cleans easier. With the advent of our Scorpion Rod System, our customers have been able to take Duct Cleaning to high level.
